Accessibility Statement

NonprofitNext is committed to making our website accessible to everyone. Technology should serve every person an organization touches. That belief is at the heart of our People First AI approach, and it applies to our own website too.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

What we’ve done

In July 2026 we completed a full accessibility audit of nonprofitnext.ai and remediated the issues we found. Measures in place include:

  • Text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA color contrast requirements, and our brand color system is designed so future content stays compliant
  • The full site is usable with a keyboard alone, including navigation menus, dropdowns, and FAQ accordions
  • Links within text are underlined so they don’t rely on color alone
  • All pages use proper landmarks and heading structure so screen reader users can navigate efficiently
  • Images include descriptive alternative text
  • Forms have visible labels and support browser autofill
  • Focus indicators are visible on all interactive elements

We test with automated tools (axe) and manual keyboard and screen reader checks, and we review new content against our internal style and accessibility guide before publishing.

Known limitations

Some third-party content embedded on our site (such as external video players or scheduling tools) may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. Where we find issues in third-party content, we work with the vendor or provide an accessible alternative.
