The engagement ends with a meeting where we present the report to your designated staff and board members and answer questions. Nothing in the assessment obligates you to any further work with us.

How It Works

Before any engagement begins, we determine the scope with you. During the initial call we settle which assessment level fits your organization and exactly what it will cost, so you know the full price before any work starts.

The assessment itself starts with a structured interview with your executive director and leadership team. We use a structured process to learn about your current workflows, the tools and software you already use, and the operational challenges your staff face day to day. For larger or more complex organizations, we also conduct brief interviews with the program staff who know frontline workflows best.

The written report is delivered within two weeks of the interviews. The process is built for organizations without technical staff: the questions are about your work, not your technology stack, and the report is written in plain language.

What It Costs

The Standard Assessment is $1,500. It fits smaller organizations, or any organization where executive leadership has direct visibility into frontline operations. It includes a one-hour leadership interview and the written report within two weeks.

The Full Assessment is $2,500. It fits larger or more complex organizations where program staff interviews are needed to map workflows accurately. It includes the leadership interview, up to two program staff interviews, and the written report within two weeks.

Which level your organization needs is not a surprise we spring on you later. We confirm the level and the exact cost with you before the engagement begins, and the price does not change after that.

What Happens After the Assessment

The assessment is a standalone deliverable, and some organizations stop there with a clear plan they can act on internally. Many use it as the foundation for a project build through our AI strategy and design service or for customized staff training.
