Your Data, Your Rules
We operate with a privacy by design mindset. We understand that nonprofits handle sensitive information; from donor records to client data, and we treat it with the highest level of care.
- Enterprise-Grade Security: We do not host your sensitive data on our own servers. Instead, we build solutions leveraging the enterprise-grade security infrastructures you already trust — such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Data Sovereignty: Your data remains within your controlled environment. We configure automations and AI tools to process information securely without retaining or selling your private data.
- No Training on Your Data: We explicitly configure AI tools to ensure that your confidential data is never used to train public AI models unless you explicitly authorize it.

Flexible Ownership & Administration
We reject the industry standard of “vendor lock-in.” Whether you have a full IT department or no technical staff at all, our goal is to build systems that you own. We offer two clear paths depending on your team’s capacity:
Collaborative Build — You Administer
- Best for: Organizations with an internal tech lead or IT staff.
- How it works: You set up the necessary accounts and grant us temporary access to build the workflows.
- The Result: Your team maintains full administrative control from day one.
Managed Implementation — We Administer
- Best for: Teams who want results without the technical headache.How it works: We handle setup, account creation, and technical administration on your behalf.The Promise: You retain legal ownership and the “Master Keys” to take over at any time.
- In both scenarios, the intellectual property, the accounts, and the data belong to your nonprofit — not us.
